Account access

Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page to reset your password. If you have just signed up, check your email for the verification link before signing in.

Billing

Your billing settings show your subscription and payment history. You can manage renewal there or contact support for help with a charge or refund.

Bot and connection issues

Include the task you expected to run and any error shown in Syl. Redact passwords, API keys, private documents, and personal information from screenshots.

Privacy and security

Report security concerns privately through support. Please do not post credentials or customer data in a public issue. Account deletion is available from account settings.
