Every standard plan has the same features: native saved memory, optional Advanced memory, and one shared on-demand computer per space. Enterprise also lets you give a specific bot its own computer. AI model usage is funded separately.
Bots share their space's computer, with separate browser profiles. Profiles organise logins; they are not security boundaries. Computers sleep when idle, and scheduled work can wake them. Busy work queues. Processes are not promised to keep running during sleep.
Choose Pay as you go and add credit to Syl, or use your existing provider: a ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or SuperGrok plan, or an API key. You choose during setup and can switch any time in Settings.
Sign in with ChatGPT Plus or Pro, Claude Pro or Max, GitHub Copilot or SuperGrok, or add an API key. Compatibility depends on your provider and account; not every consumer AI subscription supports connecting to other apps.
Yes. Plan changes start at the next renewal, and downgrades require your spaces and bots to fit. Cancellation preserves access through your paid period and keeps unused Pay as you go credit for reactivation.
Pay as you go: add credit to Syl and your bots use it at the model's published rate plus 15%, including chargeable caching and reasoning. Review the model's current rates before choosing it. Your existing provider: Syl charges nothing for AI; your plan's usage limits apply, or the company bills your key.
No plan includes free credit. Credit you add carries forward, with no automatic top-ups or overage charges. Unconfirmed requests remain reserved until usage is resolved.
